The phone seems pretty solid, the one things that bugs me about all phones is the trend away from SD cards, I take a lot of photo's and have used the micro SD cards in most of of my old Samsungs. Just another way to get more $ out of us. Makes us get more memory up front at a cost, usually about $75-$100 more, while a SD card would be about $20. The other thing that bothers me is the loss of the FM radio inside the phone. Some of us Old Timers like to listen to the radio w/o having to set up an effin account somewhere and pay for it. Again money is the driver. Just another way to siphon off money in monthly increments. So it all works the way it should

Samsung is not a great mobile device. Their software doesn't match up to other OS brand when.
Samsung is still using the old way of making money from their clients. Their mobile devices is still build on craping written software and more than the average customers have all something to say, about what either they hate about their samsung device or what lacks on their device.
If you can afford a better brand, for example an iPhone, where the company, actually take care and pride, in their design and functioning of their mobile device software and hardware suggest you go get you something other than a samsung.

Otherwise you will have headache with samsung forever.

Funniest comment ever. Wrong section bro. What makes you think Samsung will ship their phones with stock android?? The chance is absolute 0.

The s22+ has one big flaw. It will not automatically size a video to send by either email or text. There are 7 resolution options for taking video, beginning with 8K going down to 30HD. 30HD is still too large to send by email. Instead it prompts you to "Trim" the video which will reduce it to a only a few seconds. And forget sending any length video by text message. I had to install a 3rd party video compression app to send a video by email, which is ridiculously awkward for spontaneous sharing. Even with the compression app, this phone will not send a video by text. Every other phone I know about will automatically reduce the file size to allow sending by either email or text without trimming it to death. For the over-priced cost of the s22+, these simple features should be standard. I will never buy another Samsung phone for this reason alone. Samsung really missed it when comes to email or text sharing of videos.
