I bought the Zephone 11 Ultra on April 3 and it has been just long enough that I can't trade the phone or send it back. It has been a nightmare in the last few days since the speaker just continuously makes a popping sound making it impossible to understand someone who calls me. I tried to send it back but was told that I missed the trade date by 2 days and now have to send it in for repair. At first they were not even going to give me free shipping to send it back but after about an hour they decided to give me a shipping label. Another thing that really irks me is that when I bought the phone it was $899 with a "free" set of wireless earbuds. I thought that was great so I added that to my order but that actually made purchase price over $1000. I also bought a charger but that wasn't that much. I feel like this is really crooked and now that the phone does not work it just makes me even more angry. I should also mention that after about an hour of gaming the screen has white spots where is looks like the video card might be failing also. At this point I just want to get a different phone or at least a new replacement phone but they are not going to budge on the 2 days past my 30 days from purchase.
I also saw a video from Gamers Nexus about a similar encounter with ASUS customer service to point that they actually called the company crooked. I am starting to think I didn't really research enough before my purchase. The whole experience is disappointing to say the least. The specs on the phone are great if it actually worked but just 32 days after purchase it has already started to fail and customer service is not great. I have bought ASUS motherboards in the past and even the External enclosure for an M.2 flash memory which worked fine but I will probably consider another company for any future purchases. So sad.

Lenovorola.
Chinese brands if you have them available will always be competitive hardware wise, depends how much you like skins.

Who is looking at this phone. People who no longer want Samsungs which are bloated and overhyped. One plus are also going down the pan. Whose left ?

Am I the only one who thinks that the positions of the bottom ports are unique? Seeing the charging port being set to the right side is pretty interesting
